I was very satisfied with my visit to this office! This place made me feel welcome and comforted considering my fear of dentists. They were friendly and helpful. I’ve been to other dental offices around the Lynnwood area before and have had bad experiences..I’m all about customer service so I really liked that I was greeted right when I walked in the door. Once inside, the assistant asked me if any teeth had been hurting or bothering me and as I said yes, as she began a conversation with me to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Then the doctor introduced herself and then explained the cause of my pain in detail while showing me what she was talking about with the xrays. The receptionist told me the treatment that I needed, my insurance coverage for it and my out of pocket costs giving me examples to understand dental and insurance terms. They even offered me payment options which a lot of places do not do nowadays. A week later I took my kids here for their dental check ups and they loved it. If you are looking for a good and experienced dentist and want to be treated right, I definitely recommend this place. And the location is very convenient too, it’s in accross the mall and by the movie theater and shopping center.

My family has been a patient of both Dr. Kim’s for over five years. From the moment you call and speak with their receptionist from when you leave the office you are treated with the most warm respect and confidence that you are in good hands. We have been seen for preventative exams, fillings, crowns, extractions and just recently my dad started a partial denture treatment. Every single time any work has been suggested I am quickly provided with a treatment plan that shows what needs to be done, what was done and all my insurance estimates.
Besides their great, quality work they have two offices where I can be seen at. Super convenient!! And they also offer Saturday appointments. 🙂
We can’t ever leave WA because finding care like theirs is rare and truly hard to beat!

I’ve been a patient of both Dr. Kims but mainly Dr. Yongjae Kim since moving to Lynnwood in 2014. Their offices are open on Saturdays, which for busy people is a god send. Their staff have always been very nice, pleasant and helpful with any questions or concerns I have. I really appreciate how they work with my family’s busy schedule and always call with the very helpful reminders.
They are very gentle and always check in with us through out all of the procedures.
The best thing about LPDG is that they treat you with the care, respect and family instead of a file #. They take the time to work with what works best for you and your situation. Your dental health is their key objective.

Moved to Bellevue and glad I found this place! I’m happy to say that this has been the best dental experience so far.
Dr. Yongjae Kim is very detailed, professional, knowledgeable, considerate and approachable. He does detailed dental work and provides high quality dental experience. You will be very pleased with him as your dental care professional. Everything from setting up my appointment to leaving the door has been absolutely perfect. Rachel at front desk who is also an insurance coordinator, is very knowledgeable and friendly. She made sure I was accounted for in the best way possible since my benefits were changing. I can definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family!

I’ve been going to Bellevue Prime Dental since I moved to Washington 4 years ago, and have stuck with them even after moving to Seattle (their office is near where I work and I can always find an appointment time that works well).
The dental care is consistently great, I get actionable feedback when there are ways I can improve (for example, I never really realized you should specifically brush your gums!), and their hours are quite good.
Above all, my teeth have never been healthier, and that’s what matters most!

I’ve been searching for a dentist and I must say this place literally had me at hello. I have a very tight schedule and Jessica was able to fit me in, all through email. Her customer service is fantastic. When I got into my appointment, all of the staff were utmost welcoming. The dentist was genuine and really took the time to show me what I needed done and what she recommended, as well as what I was covered as I didn’t know fully everything about my dental insurance.
In addition, for people who do not have dental insurance, this place has a dental plan. For $150 for one person (there are combination deals as you add more family members), you get comprehensive exams and X-rays 2X a year, 2 teeth cleanings, 2 emergency exams, and various discounts off of procedures.
I think I have found my permanent dentist!

I have been with Lynnwood Prime Dental since 2012. Dr. Kim and his staff are great and make you feel comfortable throughout the whole cleaning and check-up. Dr. Kim also recommended me to a good oral surgeon in the area when I needed to have my wisdom teeth removed.

Wonderful, professional dentist experience. Dr. Kim was extremely thorough and patient in helping to clean my teeth and fill my cavities. There is also a TV screen in front of you to allow you to watch TV while you are in treatment, making it extremely easy to follow everything that is going on. Dr. Kim also lets you know everything that is going on and explains your situation extremely thoroughly, making sure there is no unexpected surprises during your visit.
I highly recommend everyone to see Dr.Kim. I also got a chance to talk to him about root canals, and he knew exactly what to do and the least painful way to do it. I would definitely go back to Dr. Kim again without hesitation.

I’ve been regular at Prime Dental for two years now. They provide great care and are very efficient. They are not pushy, don’t try to upsell you services you don’t need, no “wisdom teeth” extraction scam, etc. Only if you ask. I highly recommend them.

Really nice, state of the art, and clean office. Dr. Kim is fantastic and goes way beyond what you have come to expect from dentists. He is very gentle, professional, caring and makes a dental appointment pleasurable. Her staffs (especially the hygienist!!) were very friendly, and did a great job and just really nice people who take good care of you. A good experience!

I have been to this clinic for over a year now. Dr. Kim is both very thorough and friendly and he takes the time to explain anything that I am unsure of. I have never had to wait for more than 5 mins between checking in and the doctor seeing me, which is something I absolutely love. I really recommend this clinic!

I highly recommend this dental office!! I went in for a cleaning and it is by far the best experience I’ve had at the dentist. All the staff members were very kind and considerate.

I’m not a fan of dentists AT ALL. I’ve been here twice now and will continue taking my kids and family. They are nice, respectful and clean. They make a point not to do work when its not needed and they are very respectful of my time. So far I have been very pleased and will continue coming!

I just had an appointment today for cleaning and checkup. Best dentist I have been to my whole life. Wish I had known about this place way before. I have been going there regularly for a few years now (even though I live in Seattle) and they are the best. Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable, experienced, and doesn’t try to make you have unnecessary work done. Staff is friendly and competent and location is great. I would highly recommend this place for all your dental needs.

Great dentists. My family and I have been patients for a while now. They’ve always been friendly and receptive to any questions or concerns we’ve had.

I have taken my mom and my daughter there for exams, the assistant is real sweet lady and very nice to us, Dr. Kim is very experienced with good sense of humor.
The front desk ladies also explain our insurance very clearly to me I feel I am in good hands because they are very knowledgeable and good at what they’re doing!

I think I finally found my dentist! I’ve been dentist hopping for couple years now and I’m so glad my search is over. I had my initial check up and cleaning done here last week and I’m completely satisfied with care and service. I will be coming back for regular check-ups!

In fact, Google lists up many dental clinics having 5 star feedback in this Bellevue area. For me, this Prime Dental Clinic deserves to have the same level of reputation. Furthermore, personally, this is one of top among several clinics which I had experienced in Bellevue so far. What jumps out to me is that Dr.Kim’s clinic treats you like a family member and true friend. Explaining every options, presenting pros and cons of procedures and advising good behavioral changes are outstanding. Most of all, Dr.Kim’s treatment are so professional that one day I felt a sleep while he cared one of my tooth decoy with drilling (lol).

I really liked the attention they gave me, very friendly; Besides his work was excellent, I explained the procedure very well and what would follow. He had previously had a horrible experience at another Bellevue clinic. I will continue to go with Hye Jin Kim DDS PLLC
